European Association of crafts, trades and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (UEAPME)

UEAPME is the employers’ organisation representing the interests of European crafts, trades and SMEs at EU level. UEAPME is a recognised European Social Partner. It is a non-profit seeking and non-partisan organisation. As the European SME umbrella organisation, UEAPME incorporates 83 member organisations from 36 countries consisting of national cross-sectorial SME federations, European branch federations and other associate members, which support the SME family.

Asociación Empresarial del Sector TIC de la Comunitat Valenciana

ESTIC (Spain) has been established as the employer´s association. It has got agreements with different organisations in order to establish strategic alliances, promote the sector and enhance the ITC development. ESTIC is formed by 90 enterprises with an average of 7.000 employees covering the sectors of telecommunications, communications, development, advice and consultancy, among others.

United Kingdom IT Association (UKITA)

UKITA is a national network of SME ICT specialists. It was originally set up as a membership organisation in Coventry in 2001 to ensure more business for members. It also aims at providing a deeper understanding about how businesses could benefit from the RFID technology and disseminating the innovative uses of RFID.

Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM)

The main goal of the Association is to establish the software industry as an essential part of the Bulgarian economy. Its mission is to promote competitive advantages and long-term traditions in software development and to encourage acquisition of best practices to raise company excellence. The areas of their main activities involve Company Excellence; Education, R&D and Innovation; Marketing Software Business; and Business networking opportunities.


C.N.A. Milan

CNA is the National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Italy. CNA Milan carries out the function of representation of interests and collective protection of artisans and SMEs in the province of Milan. It does not only provide services, information and advice but also have the credibility, professionalism and strength that makes them directly involved with the success of small enterprises. During the lifetime of the RFID-ROI-SME project, CNA Milan has been replaced by CNA Modena.


C.N.A. Servizi Modena

During the lifetime of the RFID-ROI-SME project, CNA Servizi Modena s.c.a.r.l. has replaced Rete Servizi srl and CNA Milan, thus contributing to the project both as a SME association and an end-user. CNA Servizi Modena s.c.a r.l. offers services to about 9000 enterprises associated to CNA Modena. Their services cover, among others, interpretation of legislation, technical standards, quality, new business consulting, business and management training.
